Abstract(in English) As the telephone and IP networks is started to be integrated, the VoIP technology which transfers voice traffic over IP network is widely spread. In order to provide IP phone service based on the technology with high quality, it becomes important to control quality based parameters such as delay variation and packet loss ratio in the the IP network. Moreover, it becomes important to measure the quality of the service continuously in order to detect the degrade of the quality due to increase of traffic, expansion of network and misconfigurations or troubles of the network components. For the purpose above, we have proposed a method to measure quality based parameters at the End-to-End IP network by monitoring and analyzing VoIP traffic. Therefore, we have evaluated the effectiveness of RTCP parameters which informs the End-to-End quality based parameters through examinations.
