| Abstract(in English) | Diverse services using the Internet are increasingly being deployed on Web servers, and business on these are growing. Accordingly, service quality offered by these web servers is becoming the focus of attention. In this paper, we propose an internet queuing service where the performance of Web servers is monitored, and network control that detours user accesses to a queuing server is performed when the server is about to reach overloaded condition. Moreover, when server load decreases, queued accesses are allowed to reach the Web server in the order they are detoured to the queuing server. In this paper we also report our experiment in creating the prototype of this queuing service. |
