Abstract(in English) In general Service Control Point (SCP) has the function entities of Service Control Function (SCF) and Service Data Function (SCF). SCF-SDF access is within a SCP in almost service, however SCF-SDF access between SCPs is necessary for special case. To deal with the access in SCP, we have to solve the following problems ; SCF/SDF messaging and resource management between SCPs. In this paper we discuss the problems and propose appropriate solutions.
