Abstract(in English) By the rapid spread of the Internet users, there have been a lot of service provider offer voice communication service and additional services in the IP network. The traffic of IP services is different from that of PSTN services and less predictable than telephone services. Therefore it is important issue to appropriately assign service application functions in IP network. This paper discuses the method to provide flexible reassignment of the service application functions in VoIP network, and proposes the distributed control system applied for an agent model.
