Abstract(in English) Internet QoS is becoming more and more vital, as the Internet is getting popular to form a base for the information infrastructure. Today, intensive studies are dedicated to QoS guarantee for Internet. In this paper, we propose a traffic load measurement method by using packet transfer delay variation parameters. The fundamental applicability and accuracy of the proposed method is examined.
