Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose an adaptive clipping level control method to minimize the performance degradation and to suppress the out-band emission for OFDM peak power reduction technique using clipping and filtering. In this method, the clipping level is iteratively optimized by checking the peak power regrowth caused by inserting a filter. By doing so the peak power is adjusted to constant value and the efficiency of amplifier is improved without the bit error rate degradation. We derive the level of out-band emission and the bit error rate performance of the proposed system using compter simulation and confirm the effectiveness of the proposed system. |
