Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | This paper presents performance evaluation of base station antenna arrays with common correlation matrix under asynchronous CDMA systems. The base station antenna arrays are based on the sample matrix inversion(SMI)-type algorithm with a common correlation matrix(CCM-SMI) where the correlation matrix is mutually employed to provide adaptive weights for multiple users and for multiple paths. In the numerical results, it is confirmed that the CCM-SMI has fast weight convergence due to the chip-unit correlation matrix computation Furthermore, it is also verified that the CCM-SMI has good performance even in asynchronous CDMA system. |
