Abstract(in English) | In GFR service, resource allocation for a frame is made per switch basis.A switch allows transmitting excessive non-conforming frames within a limit of its available resources.This increases delay variation of frames.When we consider a network including multiple switches in a GFR connection, each switch will experience quite different CDV values each other.In this paper, we evaluate the worst case CDV effect for a switch duffers and discuss similar problems for IP DiffServ. |
