Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Real-time application is being used on the Internet.Real-time application is sensitive to the delay. You must transmit the packet of the real-time application preferentially to make delay small But, when the amounts of transmission of the real-time application packets increase, it has the possibility that a loss except for the real-time application rises. This paper describes the packet priority treatment form that regard loss to non-priority packet caused by increase of the amounts of a priority packets.
