Abstract(in English) | This report studies vertical handover which is made between two different wireless systems. WaveLAN and PHS are adopted as the wireless systems. We propose a vertical handover scheme which is suitable for stored audio-video transmission and implement the scheme. The effectiveness of the scheme is demonstrated by experiment. We make vertical handover by walking in a specific area for the experiment. We have confirmed that the scheme with the VTR media synchronization algorithm is effective. |
