QoS control and bandwidth management using AAL type 2 for IMT-2000

Abstract(in English) The AAL2 applying to 3^ generation mobile telecommunication system, IMT-2000 is an effective technology to deal with low-bit-rate traffic. In this paper, in order to improve the utilization of network resources, we show that one VC connection should accommodate the AAL2 connections with different QoS requirements. Then we present the structure to realize QoS control of the AAL2 level and design the bandwidth management of AAL2 path using the simulation results.
