Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the enterprise, VoIP(Voice over IP) has entered a practical stage. Therefore, the attention of the VoIP quality has risen. And, the network design to consider the subjectivity quality and the administration technology are needed. In this paper, in consideration of the function of the playout buffer, the method that clarifies the relation between the network quality and the subjictivity quality is proposed. Moreover, the method by which the subjectivity quality of the voice is presumed from the network quality(performance information on packet)is proposed. First of all, this Method decides the equivalent buffer size that is the optimum estimation value. Next, the rate of the invalid packet is presumed from equivalent to performance information on each packet a buffer size. The subjectivity quality is presumed from the rate of an invalid packet at the end. This method is an effective technique though clarifies the relation between the network quality and the subjectivity quality.
