Abstract(in English) As the number of internet or extranet users is increasing year to year and many king of services is providing on network, it is necessary to establish effective management system for management of stable network. This paper proposes the new architecture of network management system which use the active network technology. The architecture has two features, 1)node to be interlligent, 2)the programmable packets collect information stored in node and set up those information by itself. By these features, we can reduce the amount of traffic between system and node, thus, we can manage the network operation stably and efficiently.
