Abstract(in English) IMT-2000 will be put into service to establish high speed and diverse mobile multimedia communications. An operation support system(OSS)is essential to fault monitoring and the maintenance of network elements that comprise mobile communications networks. In constructing the I-OSS for this purpose, we are studying the scalability of the I/F to simplify adding OSS functionalities and proliferating the equipment. We are promoting investigation in which the CORBA is used in the OSS distributed object platform as an effective I-OSS. In this paper, we consider event delivery method adapting CORBA, and evaluated of the performance of Notification Service. Based on the results, we think that Notification Service can be used in this I-OSS event delivery method, but a performance evaluation was further conducted to clarify the efficiency of delivery. So, we checked the part which performance is lacked. We analyzed that cause, and we showed that the PWP scheme can be implemented from the viewpoint of expanding the scale and delivery performance.
