Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A user begins to require the service quality corresponding to each network use. But existing communication service can't provide the appropriate service for the demand of each user because it is a uniform service. In this paper, we have discussed the configuration of monitor and surveillance system to provide an Operation Level Agreement. In this system, we propose efficient SLA management with user classification by "Usergrade", and alarm dispatch function for SLA management which provide restoration ability corresponding to the demand of each user.
