Internet QoS measurement for Server Selection.

Abstract(in English) In this report, we measure QoS during several weeks in every five minutes using timeit and echoping for a set of mirror sites. An average of QoS samples for each time interval is used as the QoS index. A QoS index for a given day of the week correlation of QoS index for each time and for each day of the week is evaluated. It is shown QoS index measured by timeit has stranger correlation. Reduction of download time is possible by selecting site from a few candidate sites, that has been selected from many sites based on QoS statistics.
