| Abstract(in English) | This paper reports reliability levers of a network component and system at industrial fields surveyed by the investigating committee of IREJ. Investigation data shows that the factors of system failure depend on not only fault of system components but also imperfect conditions such as an incomplete maintenance manual, an inadequate specification and / or lower skills of engineers. The details of software and hardware reliability are outlined with many data in this paper. |
