Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Information Telecomunication systems contains a bulky volume of cliant and as a result, the bulky volume of software be distributed and be operated. This operation environment is defined as multi-user-site and the problem of operational reliability exists. This paper expands the theory of operational profile and propose a new software operational reliability model. This model be able to the estimate number of fault by the characteristic of the maintenance and Increase of the user-site. As a result, it becomes possible to evaluate the maintenance cost and reliability in the multi-user-site environment.
