Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Hokkaido Integrated Telecommunication Network (HIT-Network) aims economical and highly performance network, which is combined with satellite network, local area network and simple radio network. The HIT-Network is operated lower rain margin condition, then, it is easily suffered by rain attenuation. In this report, buffer supervising function is added to PC-USAT for overcoming this problem, as a result, transmission efficiency can be increased l.6 times. The satellite diversity (Sat. D) system simulation is carred out for improving the system availabibility.
