| Abstract(in English) | MPEG-4 is expected for video communications on networks, such as the Internet and wireless networks. It is necessary for service providers and network administrators to evaluate and monitor the moving picture quality, so that they can provide the higher quality of services. Up to now, evaluating of moving picture quality has been used in order to obtain its visual quality. But on networks, video transmitting is mainly caused to reduce the quality. We propose a method to evaluate and monitor the moving picture quality on networks. Our experiments are also mentioned. |
