Abstract(in English) | Field test has been conducted to evaluate the throughput performance of TCP via satellite communications link with long time delay and without bit errors in terms of parameter setting related to information rate, window size and packet size. It is concluded based on the performance evaluation that the theoretical throughput can be obtained by extending the window size with window-scale-option and by setting the parameters to theoretical optimum values. |
