Abstract(in English) This paper describes the communication characteristics of 2.4-GHz band spread spcetrum system used for indoor environment. The communication characteristics of the systems were evaluated by bit error rate (BER) in various indoor environments experimentally. As a result, BER characteristics of the spread spectrum communication systems were improved by using absorbers and we found that it was possible to control the communication area by using absorbing walls and absorbing partitions.
