Abstract(in English) | An Internet paradigm is introduced for guaranteeing end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) in the network composed of multiple ISP networks. A scheduling algorithm is described to process IP packets in a router in a ISP network. Simulation shows that this algorithm is useful for the case which has heterogeneous arrival rates and plural QoS classes. |
