Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Mobile satellite communications system by using inclined geo-synchronous satellites is presented. This system is characterized gy high elevation angles more than 65 degrees in Japan. High elevation angle in mobile satellite communications can break through the problem of the blockage by buildings and mounts. 8-figure satellites are one of inclined geo-synchronous satellites, we studied to apply the 8-figure satellites to mobile satellite communications.
