These are anonymous usage, information creating, updating and deleting which is occurred unexpectedly, different quality information and huge amount of information and use. Because of these features, many new technologies peculiar to WWW are developing. In this paper, the impacts that are caused by these features are mainly describes from a technical aspect. |
