| Abstract(in English) | Subjective Assessment on Picture Quality Measurement of Television Video has been traditionally and generally practiced with Human eyes. Regarding digital compressed video represented with MPEG, the new Objective Assesment methods are researched recently. This paper describes the concepts of the Picture Quality Analysis System developed by Tektronix Corp., and introduces the actual measurement results and its applications. |
