| 抄録(和) | 従来のテスト画像は、鮮鋭度、彩かさ等を評価の中心としてきた様に考えられる。そこでは、現画に比して高忠実である事より、より鮮鋭度が高い、より彩かである等が高く評価されがちである。高忠実である事、電子映像で高度の芸術的印象をどこまで忠実に再現できるか、そのためには、どの物理要因と特性が重要かを研究する中で、従来と全く異なる考え方の評価、新しいテスト画像を考案し、これを用いて、高品位画像の忠実な再現のための物理要因と特性の規定が可能である事を示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | We are challenging the theme ; to what extend an electric imaging system can convey the highly deep artistic impression, and we are pursuing the relevant impotant physical factors. It seems me that test images are made mainly to assess the sharpness and the colorfulness, where the faithfulness is apt to be despised compared to the sharpness and colorfulness. We will propose a new concept on the test image. (1) We have found the importance of the reproduction of the image depth. By an assessment on the image depth, we can avoid the over-enhancements of the contour and the saturation. (2) We will make test images focusing on clear points such as the texture, brilliance, and deepness. (3) for the assessment of the high order overall image quality, we are applying a deep impression photograph of a Japanese Goddess of mercy. The impress of the Goddess of mercy talk to us is important. |
