| Abstract(in English) | In the present Internet, no effective methods exist for preventing excessive traffic or for guaranteeing Quality of Service(QoS)for users. Several measures have been taken for this problem. These measures are classified into three approaches -Adaptive control type, Resource reservation type, and ATM depend type- and their views are presented. Additionally, a new framework for guaranteeing QoS in connectionless network is considered, an approach is presented, several issues involved in its realization are discussed. |
