Abstract(in English) | When the continuous media like video and audio ane transmitted through distributed multimedia networks, user's quality of services (QoS) are maintained for the network and CPU resources during transmitting these media. As the QoS management system, a newly QoS prediction management system is proposed. This system adopts that user's QoS value are examined with the QoS prediction table buffer using the previous history of prediction. If user's QoS value coincide with the QoS prediction parameters, QoS management are executed. If it dose not coincide, User's QoS value are arbitrated with the QoS prediction parameters. This paper describes the new concept of a QoS prediction management system in the distributed multimedia networks and the configuration of it's QoS prediction management architecture and also discusses it's algorithm. |
