Abstract(in English) In order to offer high-quality telecommunication services, it is necessary to grasp the influence of bit errors on telecommunication services. A bit-based measurement system was developed for detailed bit error analysis on high-speed digital paths. We develop experimentally the tool to observe telecommunication quality degradation of services by adding bit error sequences using the measured field data.
