| Abstract(in English) | This paper describes the results of an opinion survey on personal mobile telecommunication services, which was done as a task-group activity of the Communication Quality Committee. Major findings were as follows: First, the most important service considerations of customers are the coverage area and the fee, and the main quality concerns are noise and call cut off. Seventy percent of the respondents dislike other people using the personal mobile telecommunication terminals on a bus or train. User comments also showed that there is some correlation between the service and quality considerations. For example, a user does not want to pay the call fee when a call is cut off. |
