| Abstract(in English) | There seems to be a great amount of contribution of tecnologies to progressing culture by means of copying, recording and playing back. From the compensation means point of view on the other hand, the technology has not made tribute enough for the copy all in world wide. One opinion is like that it may be easy to realize such function as to clear rights technically and that the issue will be focused on consensus among participants including content providers and end users.Another is suggesting that it must be very difficult to realize such function as clearing so complicated existent conditions and relations of rights. This reports a trial of solving the copyright issue from these two points and shows as a result a framework of realizing multimedia copyright clearing function. |
