| Abstract(in English) | Quality control mechanisms have been extensively studied to allow networks to accomodate traffics of various QoS requirement. First, in this article, I address the issue related to real-time communication over the current Internet with best-effort service, and further point out why some QoS control mechanisms are required. Second, some QoS control mechanisms are mentioned; some of them can be implemented with less complexity, which providing controlled-load service, and others are for guaranteed QoS. Finally, I discuss a possible way to networks with QoS guarantee service from the current network with best-effort service. |
