| Abstract(in English) | It is expected that The ATM-PDS access system which supports customer access networks in large band-width and in low cost will be one of the multimedia network infrastructure. The ATM-PDS system terminates and supervises VCs(virtual channels)/VPs(virtual paths), and always supervises for the service quality of VCs/VPs. Because the resource information in an ATM system such as VCs/VPs is too large, it is not possible that the usual method reports the resource information from the ATM-PDS access system to the operation system. This paper presents one of the new method to supervise and report the resource information in an ATM system. |
