Abstract(in English) In Kochi, by 2001 we put up the Information restoration and plan the project of 10 which can become the model of the whole country by making information plan. Besides, we are trying to make the economical network by ATM switches which makes high-speed, big capacity communication and high expansion possible as a base of the telecommunication in this project. In "KOCHI 2001 PLAN", we have a purpose that various application will get over the decrease in population and aging which is a present social problem, and we will propose rich life style and realize it from the district.
