Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, mis-notification prevention method of speech and facsimile response system over public switching telephone network (PSTN) are examined. An example method combined with speech response service are introduced. The method: speech response service system establishes "taking of facsimile terminal distinction information" in a service menu. Members are verified by speech response. The system notifies to this member's facsimile terminal, takes "terminal distinction information" send by the facsimile terminal, and registeres it to the facsimile response system. Since, after this when the system notifies facsimile data to the member the system confirms by checking the terminal distinction information, the system prevents omission accidents.
