Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Using planar transmission lines with magnetized ferrite, nonreciprocal devices in mi-crowave and millimeter-wave ranges have been studied experimentally and theoretically. In this paper, a microstrip line with axially magnetized ferrite substrate is analyzed using the spectral domain method (SDM), the finite element method (FEM), and the quasi-TEM wave approximation. To the authors' knowledge, the analysis for a waveguide containing axially magnetized ferrite by the SDM has not been reported. Also, a finline with magnetized ferrite is analyzed using the FEM.
