Abstract(in English) In this paper, the simple Internet connection method, HIT-FTP(HIT-File Transfer Protocol) transmission method, is proposed for expanding the HIT-Network application. By using the method, value added medical or disaster information can be transmitted between the server of base earth station and LAN station, which has connection with Internet services. The modified PC-USAT (MPC-USAT) system is used between base earth station and remote earth station for cost effective both-way channels. To establish this network equipment configuration, merits, demerits and problems are discussed.
