Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) HIT-Network integrates satellite network with simple radio terminals to offer various services with higher performance and more economical. In Hit-network, the PC-USAT system is adopted where the rainfall margin can be reduced. In the MPC-USAT system, fine weather transmission efficiency can be improved by sending plurality about five packets continuously. Furthermore, the transmission efficiency and transmission time can be reduced by newly developed protocol.
