| 抄録(和) | 仮想空間上での,実時間性や対話性を持ったアプリケーションでは,通信遅延が大きな障害となる.通信遅延によって端末間同期が阻害されるためである.端末間同期を行わない場合,配送メディアの同期性や整合性を保証することが困難となる.特に多人数間でコミュニケーションを行う場合に,その影響が顕著にあらわれる.本報告では,端末間同期を目的として,トークンリング型ネットワークを利用した通信環境を提案する.また,実際の多人数コミュニケーションへの応用事例としてオンライン試験に対する応用について考察したので報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | Regarding the interactivity and real time feature in a Distributed Virtual Environment (DVE), time lag is one of the most significant issues. This is because the synchronization is hardly preformed in this situation. When synchronization is not performed, it may be difficult to guarantee simultaneity and the consistency among the distributed media. In this report, we propose the communication environment that utilizes token ring type of network with the aim of synchronization among the host computers. In addition, we study the online examination application as an example for actual synchronized multi-user communication application. |
