High Speed 3-Dimentional Tree Image Drawing Method Using Level of Detail

Abstract(in English) Recently, communication software and online game on Internet are increasing with penetration of information infrastructure. In communication environment of remote access, construction of interactive and natural virtual space is important. The main objective of this paper is to take real image into virtual space, considering the mechanism of building automatically the 3-dimentional tree images creation on the basis of real image on a virtual space. Moreover, it is necessary to realize real-time CG in virtual space. In order to realize real-time CG without lossing a reality, the number of polygons is cut down using level of detail technology. Consequently, creation of the 3-dimentional tree images with a reality and the high speed drawing performance in a virtual space has been realized
