Interactive Video Content Creation Technique with Gesture Interaction

Abstract(in English) This paper describes an interactive video content creation technique based on gesture. A video database system is also proposed to give users the resources necessary to create the video content by intuitive interaction. This database system can extract feature parameters from video, perform automatic indexing, retrieve appropriate results, and replace presented objects with retrieved results in real time. The retrieval accuracy and computational cost of the system through the testing of fundamental functions of the proposed database are also described.
