Abstract(in English) Penetration of image media on Web is increasing with high speed network and high performance CPU. And also, image media database is required for the browsing system. Then, in this paper, the data of MPEG 2 can be divided into the shot by it's the structural characteristic, and the method of re-constituting them into scene by the position data and color histogram using Moving Vector in Macro Brock is proposed and evaluated. Finaly, the mounting method of storing these results into database and performing edit and browsing on Web are also described.
