Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When the Internet is used for school education, students in a class will access to WWW under the supervision of their teacher. In this situation, a lot of request packets to get WWW objects may be spontaneously transmitted to the Internet due to the instructions of the teacher and it may cause heavy congestion in an access line or servers. To avoid traffic congestion, caching and mirroring techniques will be required. In this paper, we study on caching and mirroring methods suitable for the educational use of the Internet.
