Abstract(in English) This paper shows the picture quality model for an evaluation of JPEG coded color pictures considering picture quality class. The distortion models are consist of fundermental quality factors defined by color difference on CIE L^*a^*b^* color space. The evaluation model are obtaind by Multivariate Analysis of distortion models. The model ecaluates the picture quality with high accuracy and estimates Mean Opinion Score well (85% accuracy)
