Relations among Quality of Communication Line, Communication Condition and Communication Time : FCC data ttansfer protocol

Abstract(in English) The quality of communication line changes dynamically on the computer network constructed by satelite communication line. Accordingly, usual commmunication protocol can not archive efficient transmission of data. So, we have proposed the FCC(Function of communication Condition Change)data transfer protocol which can avoid to degrade the capacity of communication. In this paper, we describe evaluation of communication time on the network which simulates a satellite communication. First, we explain the implements of FCC communication data transfer protocol. Second, we evaluate the communication time on this parasatellite communication line and discuss relations among quality of communication line, communication condition and communication time.
