Adapting guarnteed QoS to the Video Transport system on the internet

Abstract(in English) With the spread of the internet and the diversification of request, we hope torealize real time communications. However, the internet provides only the best effort service currentry, which does not guarantee the quality of service. As a result, a real time application such as the video on demand must process complicated jobs. However, CBQ(Class-Based Queneing) can grantee the bandwidth which is one of QoS paramenters. In this paper, we used CBQ on the network, measured the value of QoS parameters, and consider how to adapt the method of guarnteed QoS to the video transport system.
