| Abstract(in English) | Among ATM layer service categories, VBR(Variable Bit Rate), ABR(Available Bit Rate), and GFR (Guranteed Frame Rate) services can provide gauranteed MCR (Minimum Cell Rate). Though they can support MCR at ATM level, it is unclear whether they can suppot minimum throughput at TCP/IP level. Thus, we evaluate performance of ATM traffic controls(VBR, GFR, ABR)from the viewpoint of TCP level throughput under various traffic conditions. |
