| Abstract(in English) | We are developing the 'Hyper Hospital', a novel medical care system distributed in an electronic information system using the virtual reality as human interface. In the course of its development, we devised a virtual reality system which allows users to configure the virtual world interactively. This configuration or re-configuration were designed to be carried out without interruptions of the activity and the existence of the virtual world. In the present paper, we dealt with the prerequisite of such a system in several aspects. They are, for example, how to set the permission of the user access to the virtual world, or its component, and an extent to which the user modification of the world is possible. Based on these consideration, we described our preliminary implementation of such a virtual world creating system using Tcl and C++ as the programming language. The developed prototype was shown to be practically used for testing the virtual environment applied to medical care system. |
