Abstract(in English) We describe an image guide system for medical biopsy to detect small tumor in lung area. The medical biopsy system is that the medical doctor inserts a needle from the surface point of patient's body which is near the tumor, and detect only tumor. But the lung area has very complicated structure, so it is difficult to detect only tumor without injury of other organs. We present here a foundation study of an image guide system which support a medical biopsy using thin slice CT data. This image guide system consists of two steps. First, we analyze the structure of lung area, and then, we visualize the bronchus, the blood vessels, and the tumor.
